2009

Founded in Brooklyn

JHS was born from a family's promise: to build a place where every person is seen, supported, and celebrated.

2014

Expanded programs

Launched day habilitation, community habilitation, and self-direction services across NYC.

2019

10 years strong

Grew our team of specialists, coordinators, and direct support professionals to serve hundreds of families.

2026

New chapter

Modernizing tools, launching our mobile app, and continuing to advocate for independent, dignified lives.
